EmbraceIATerms of use

1. Purpose
These terms of use govern access to and use of the embraceIA.com site, published by EmbraceIA Ltd. Any use of the site implies unreserved acceptance of them.
This site is a business-presentation site. It allows neither account creation, nor online subscription, nor payment. EmbraceIA's services are the subject of separate agreements entered into on a case-by-case basis.
2. Access to the site
Access to the site is free of charge. Connection and equipment costs remain the user's responsibility.
EmbraceIA Ltd endeavours to keep the site permanently accessible but cannot guarantee continuous availability. Access may be interrupted, notably for maintenance, updates or in the event of force majeure, without EmbraceIA Ltd's liability being engaged.
3. Use of the site
The user undertakes to use the site in accordance with its purpose and applicable regulations. In particular, the user shall not:
- attempt to access the site or its supporting systems fraudulently;
- hinder or disrupt the operation of the site;
- extract, by any automated process, all or a substantial part of the content;
- use the contact form for unsolicited canvassing, distribution of unlawful content or mass messaging.
4. Contact form
The contact form is intended for professional enquiries. The information submitted must be accurate. Data processing is described in our privacy policy.
A request sent via this form constitutes neither an order nor a contractual commitment by either party.
5. Downloadable documents
Some documents are offered freely for download. They are provided for information and educational purposes.
The sample deliverables rely on fictional data and are explicitly identified as such. They illustrate a method and a format, and constitute neither personalised advice, nor a diagnostic, nor a guarantee of results.
These documents may be consulted, printed and shared as-is, without modification, subject to citing the source. Any commercial reuse is subject to prior written authorisation.
6. Intellectual property
All of the site's content is protected by intellectual property law. The terms are detailed in section 3 of our legal notice.
7. Liability
The information published on the site is provided for guidance. EmbraceIA Ltd guarantees neither its completeness nor its suitability for a particular situation.
Any decision taken solely on the basis of the site's content is the user's responsibility. Only a service formalised by an agreement engages EmbraceIA Ltd.
8. Hyperlinks
Placing a link to the site is free, provided it does not harm EmbraceIA Ltd's image and does not mislead as to the origin of the content. EmbraceIA Ltd reserves the right to request its removal.
9. Changes to the terms
EmbraceIA Ltd reserves the right to change these terms at any time. The applicable version is the one online at the date of consultation.
10. Governing law
These terms are governed by French law, irrespective of the publisher's place of establishment.
In the event of a dispute, the parties will first seek an amicable solution. Failing that, the dispute falls within the jurisdiction of the competent French courts.
